After the Contractor receives a written request to add lines, items, or options, the Contractor shall have ten (10) business days to respond with a written proposal. The Contractor's written proposal shall include: The effect, if any, of adding the lines, items, or options on the other goods or services required under the Contract; Any pricing related to the new lines, items, or options; The expected effective date for the availability of the new lines, items, or options; and Any additional information requested by the State. The State may negotiate the terms of the Contractor's proposal by requesting revisions to the proposal. To indicate acceptance of a proposal, the State will sign it. The signed proposal shall constitute a MOU between the Parties, and the lines, items, or options shall be incorporated into the Contract as if set forth verbatim. Only after a MOU has been executed shall the Contractor perform or deliver the new lines, items, or options.

  • Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.

  • Additional Options The NYS Contract Price for Additional Options offered under the Contract in accordance with Section III.2.7 Additional Options, shall be the Additional Options NYS Discount listed on the Contract Pricelist, or higher, applied to the MSRP on the current OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist, as applicable.
