Additional Licensed Products. The parties acknowledge and agree that nothing contained in this agreement shall obligate Pharmacyclics to develop or supply to Alcon any Licensed Product other than PCI-0123. In the event the parties agree that Pharmacyclics should develop and/or supply any additional Licensed Products to Alcon for use in the Field, such development shall be undertaken pursuant to a separate development agreement between the parties; provided, however, such separate development agreement shall only financially obligate Alcon to reimburse Pharmacyclics for its reasonable development costs and supply of any such additional Licensed Products, and shall not contain any other financial terms, including, but not limited to, licensing fees or milestone payments provided further, however, subject to Section 4.3(d), the milestone payments and royalties set forth in Sections 4.3 and 4.4 shall apply to the development and commercialization of such additional Licensed Products.
Additional Licensed Products. TheraCour may, but has no obligation to, license additional developmental products for treatment of additional viral diseases to Nano, after Nano has developed and commercialized at least one drug candidate.
Additional Licensed Products. 3.2.1 The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to establish, no later than June 30, 2000, a reasonable timetable for the introduction of additional food and beverage products through distribution channels other than through the Centres, which products will include frozen entrees, ice cream and ice cream novelties.
Additional Licensed Products. For four years from the date hereof, Fuisz agrees to: (a) retain Fuisz-developed Products as Licensed Products for the benefit of Licensor; (b) use best efforts to retain all future Products (other than Fuisz-developed Products) as Licensed Products for the benefit of Licensee; (c) prevent other Fuisz-developed Product licensees from directly or indirectly offering to sell or selling such Fuisz-developed Products within the Territory; and (d) use best efforts to prevent Product licensees (other than with respect to Fuisz-developed Products) from directly or indirectly offering to sell or selling such Products within the Territory. The parties agree that Fuisz' "best efforts" undertakings contained in clauses (b) and (d) of the immediately preceding sentence shall not prevent Fuisz from entering into agreements with third parties where internet rights cannot reasonably be extracted by Fuisz from such agreements. Fuisz further agrees to use good faith efforts to promote the use of Licensor's website by third parties.
Additional Licensed Products. If GNC Corp becomes aware of any additional Products that GNC Corp and its Affiliates have the right to manufacture, and the right to grant Licensees the right to manufacture in the Territory, and that are not identified on Schedule II, GNC Corp will promptly notify Licensees of such new Products. The right to Manufacture such new Products in the Territory will be included in the Technology License. GNC Corp will submit an updated Schedule II to Licensees, and the Parties will amend Schedule II to this Agreement accordingly in accordance with Section 8.04.
Additional Licensed Products. Upon Silan Micro's reasonable request, not to be made more than once per annual period, Sipex shall discuss with Silan Micro revising the list of Licensed Products that Silan Micro is authorized to manufacture and sell pursuant to this Agreement. In addition to the foregoing, upon Silan Micro's reasonable request, not to be made until all Sipex Products under the Wafer Supply Agreement have achieved Product Qualification, Sipex shall discuss with Silan Micro the terms and conditions of Sipex's grant of a license to Silan to make derivative works, modifications, or improvements to the Maskworks and other design information underlying each Licensed Product.
Additional Licensed Products. If Licensee wants to Develop Additional Licensed Products for any Approved Indication in the Field, it shall submit the proposed new product (whether it is based on a new Compound or new formulation of existing Compound), together with a draft Development Plan for such Additional Licensed Product to Licensor, for prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. If approved, such new product shall become an Additional Licensed Product and the approved Development Plan shall become the Development Plan for the Additional Licensed Product.
