Additional License Terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the use of the terms “have made” and “make” in the license granted to GSK under Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to portions of this agreement as indicated by “[***]” and such confidential portions have been deleted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Additional License Terms. Additional terms and conditions may apply to certain open source or third party components of the Licensed Technology, which terms will be provided to you and which you must affirmatively accept in order to exercise the licenses herein. If such additional terms and conditions conflict in any way with the terms and conditions stated here, the additional terms and conditions will prevail.

Additional License Terms abylonsoft grants you as an individual the right to install a personal, non-exclusive license on a computer (CPU). You may copy one copy of the Software from one computer to another, provided that you are the only person using the Software. As a legal entity, abylonsoft grants you the right to appoint an individual within your organization ("Named User") to use the software in the manner described above. In shared networks, as many licenses as people can use the software at the same time must be purchased. All libraries and other files of abylonsoft remain unrestricted property of abylonsoft.
Additional License Terms. Customer may install and use the Software on Customer’s on-premises information technology systems or, with Nordic IT’s advance written consent, may permit its contractor to install the Software on systems operated by the contractor at the contractor’s premises solely for Customer’s benefit. If the Order specifies an installation location, the Software may not be installed on systems located anywhere other than that location, but Customer may permit Authorized Users to use the Software from Customer’s offices in other locations, or remotely from their home or other location, subject to applicable export laws.
