Common use of Additional Issues Clause in Contracts

Additional Issues. The Company may from time to time, without notice to or the consent of the holders of the 2029 Notes, create and issue additional 2029 Notes. Any such additional 2029 Notes will rank equally in right of payment with the 2029 Notes and will have the same interest rate, maturity date and other terms as the 2029 Notes herein provided for, except for the issue date, the public offering price, the payment of interest accruing prior to the issue date or except for the first payment of interest following the issue date of such additional 2029 Notes. Any such additional 2029 Notes, together with the 2029 Notes herein provided for, will constitute a single series of Securities under the Indenture. Any additional 2029 Notes may be issued by or pursuant to a supplement to the Indenture.
