Additional Insurance Requirements. All insurance maintained by the Consultant pursuant to this Section shall be written by insurance companies licensed to do business in Arkansas, in form and substance satisfactory to the Owner, and shall provide that the insurance will not be subject to cancellation, termination, or change during its term except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Owner.
