Common use of Additional Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Additional Indebtedness. Not, after the date hereof, create, incur or assume, directly or indirectly, any additional Indebtedness other than (i) Indebtedness owed or to be owed to the Bank or (ii) Indebtedness to trade creditors incurred in the Ordinary Course of Business.
