Additional Improvements to the Event Centre. The Manager may, at its sole cost and expense, carry out or cause to be carried out such additional improvements to the interior of any free-standing structure forming part of the Event Centre, including fixtures and additions of a capital nature (but excluding decorative changes, the installation or removal of any trade fixtures, personal property or FF&E, or any fit-out or tenant improvement work undertaken by any subtenant or licensee of any retail premises, all of which the Manager shall be entitled to carry out without any involvement of The City or the Oversight Committee, or subject to the provisions of this Article 6) (the “Additional Improvements”) as the Manager considers necessary or appropriate, subject to compliance with the remaining provisions of this Article 6.   • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Access to the Work The Design Professional and its representatives shall have access to the Work at all times while it is in progress, and shall comply with all job site safety rules.

  • Changes to the Project 9.1 All Changes must be approved by the Secretary of State prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change on a Project Change Request Form. The Secretary of State shall either agree to the change request or reject the change request within 60 days of the date of the Project Change Request Form.

  • PAYMENTS TO THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER 6.1. In all events, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit his/her completed itemized accounting of all costs monthly to the State, and the State shall make all payments within 30 days of receipt of an error-free invoice.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Project Completion Part 1 – Material Completion

  • Upon completion of the Project the Recipient shall make a full and complete accounting to the OPWC of the Eligible Project Cost.

  • FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT 9.9.1 Upon receipt of written notice that the Work is ready for final inspection and acceptance and upon receipt of a final Application for Payment, the Architect will promptly make such inspection and, when he or she finds the Work acceptable under the Contract Documents and the Contract fully performed, he or she will promptly issue a final Certificate for Payment stating that to the best of his / her knowledge, information and belief, and on the basis of his or her observations and inspections, the Work has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and that the entire balance found to be due the Contractor, and noted in said final Certificate, is due and payable. The Architect's final Certificate for Payment will constitute a further representation that the Contractor has fulfilled the conditions entitling him or her to final payment as set forth in Subparagraph 9.9.2 of these General Conditions.
