Additional Holidays. Any day declared by the President of the United States and/or Governor of the State of California as a public fast, thanksgiving, or holiday and declared a holiday by the Board of Trustees, shall be a paid holiday for all members of the bargaining unit who would otherwise have been scheduled to work.
