Additional Goods and Services. The University may acquire other goods or services that the supplier provides than those specifically solicited. The University reserves the right, subject to mutual contract, for Contractor to provide additional goods and/or services under the same pricing, terms and conditions and to make modifications or enhancements to the existing goods and services. Such additional goods and services may include other products, components, accessories, subsystems, or related services newly introduced during the term of the Contract.

Additional Goods and Services. In connection with the sale of the Aircraft, Boeing will also provide to Buyer certain other things under this Agreement, including data, documents, training and services, all as described in this Agreement.
Additional Goods and Services. If, in the satisfaction of governmental interests it is necessary to purchase additional goods and services from Contractor, additional goods and services may be added to this Agreement by mutual agreement of the Parties. The aggregated cost of all additional goods and services added to the Agreement, during the Agreement term, shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total estimated value (cost) of the original Agreement. All requests to add additional goods and services to the Agreement must be submitted by City Departments in writing to the Purchasing Division. All requests must include complete specifications, estimated quantities for the remainder of the Agreement period and a price quotation provided by the Contractor, for each service. All additional goods and services added to the Agreement shall be approved through issuance of an Agreement modification. In the event the aggregated cost of the Agreement increases by more than 20% of the total estimated value of the original Agreement, or the increase totals more than the Minimum Competitive Amount, the amount over 20% or the Minimum Competitive Amount, shall be bid in accordance with Standard Purchasing Procedures. The resulting bid award shall be added to the Agreement through an Agreement modification (same Contractor) or the issuance of a new contract (new Contractor) and include Contractor’s name and information, complete service description, delivery information and pricing information.
Additional Goods and Services. Additional Goods and Services shall be provided only when a Supplemental Contract authorizing the Additional Goods and Services is approved in writing by the City in accordance with the City’s contract amendment procedures. The City reserves the right to perform any Additional Services with its own staff or to retain other contractors to perform the Additional Services.

Additional Goods and Services. The City may desire to have the Contractor perform work or render goods or services in connection with this Agreement other than that expressly provided for in the RFP. At the City’s option, the Agreement may be expanded to include technical support of Periphonics’ VPS/is and CT Connnect CTI servers, integration support for a total call center solution, and Periphonic’s IVR hardware and software. The option may be exercised provided the services or goods are normally supplied by the Contractor (e.g., the vendor has a minimum of three years experience in technical and integration support, the vendor is a value-added reseller). This will be considered additional goods and services, supplemental to this Agreement and shall not proceed unless authorized by an amendment to this Agreement. Any amendment shall set forth the additional fees to be paid to Contractor for such additional goods or services. In the event the City desires to purchase interactive-voice-response hardware or software manufactured by Periphonics Corporation, the Contractor shall sell to the City at a price not to exceed 20% disount off manufacturer’s list price.
Additional Goods and Services. Purchaser may, from time to time request that Icon assist Purchaser in the purchase of the following (collectively, the “Additional Goods and Services”): (a) media that does not conform to the Specifications; or (b) non-media goods and services.
