Additional Gifts. Any individual, corporation, trust, estate, or other legally recognized entity may make a gift, bequest, devise, or other transfer to the Community Foundation for the purposes of the Fund by a transfer to the Community Foundation of cash or other assets acceptable to the Community Foundation for the benefit of the Fund. All additional gifts, bequests, and devises made to the Community Foundation for the benefit of the Fund shall be irrevocable and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All additional gifts of cash shall be by check, certified check, or money order, payable to the Whitefish Community Foundation, Inc., and shall reference the Fund name on the check memo line. Except as provided herein, the Community Foundation does not solicit contributions to or otherwise provide marketing or fundraising services for the Fund.

The Donor reserves the right to increase the Fund through additional gifts and hereby consents to additional contributions to the Fund by any individual, corporation, foundation, trust, estate or other legal entity through individual gift, bequest or other gift vehicle, and all gifts so designated shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

The Donors hereby consent to additional contributions to the Xxxxxxxxxx Fund by any individual, corporation, foundation, trust, estate or other legal entity through individual gift, bequest or other gift vehicle, and all gifts so designated shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement. Other donors to the Xxxxxxxxxx Fund may also receive reports from the University on the performance and uses of the Xxxxxxxxxx Fund.

All donations, bequests and devices to the Fund shall be irrevocable and subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
Additional Gifts. Any person whether an individual, corporation, trust, estate or organisation may make a donation to the Community Foundation in the name of the Corporate Donor, for the purpose of the Fund by a transfer to the Community Foundation of money or property acceptable to the Community Foundation, in whole or in part. Information regarding donations from any person other than the Donor in the name of the Donor will be shared with the Donor.
Additional Gifts. The Settlor or some other person may by will or other writing give to the Trustees additional cash, securities or other property which shall become and be a part of the trust estate of the trust or fund to which such gift is made and as such shall be subject to all the provisions of this Agreement relating thereto; provided, however, that the Trustees thereof shall have discretion to accept or reject any such gift.
Additional Gifts. Donor reserves the right to increase Xxxxx’s contribution through additional gifts and will permit others to contribute to any fund established by this Agreement, but all such gifts will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Additional Gifts. Any person (whether an individual, corporation, trust, estate, or any other organization or entity) may make a gift to The Church for the purpose of Donor Fund by making a conveyance of money to The Church designating the money conveyed should be added to this Fund. The form of the gift, and any conditions associated with the gift must be acceptable to Donor Fund. Any assets conveyed and accepted in this manner shall be added to the principal of Donor Fund. All such gifts, bequests, and devises to The Church shall be irrevocable.
