Common use of Additional Funds Clause in Contracts

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash New England Equity Income Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Merrxxx Xxxcx Xxxernational Index Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, the such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Xxxx Xxxxx Opportunity Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash PaineWebber S & P 500 Index Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] the Initial Portfolios with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian Custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more ---------------- series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Nuveen Xxxxxxxxxxx Growth Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms 29 hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] the initial series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx International Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Emerging Markets Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx the Stein Roe Institutional Cash Client High Yield Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect xxxxxxx to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash The Seven Seas Series Money Market Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash the Masters' Select Equity Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Artisan Small-Cap Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash The Masters’ Select Equity Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] those listed on Appendix A with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian Custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Xxxx Xxxxx Market Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Merrxxx Xxxcx Xxxernational Equity Index Series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [the Permanent Portfolio and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] the Treasury Xxxx Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [Government Securities Portolio and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Treasury Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] XXXXX FARGO SIFE SPECIALIZED FINANCIAL SERVICES FUND with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Xxxx Xxxxx Global Government Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [the Alliance Capital Reserves and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] the Alliance Money Reserves with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [The Government Portfolio and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] The Diversified Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Scudder Money Market Series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian havx xxx Xustodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash the Stock Index Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Socially Responsive Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Landmark Equity Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Landmark Small Cap Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [Kemper U.S Growth and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with Income Funx xxxx respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash State Street Capital Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of shares other than the Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Global Fixed Income Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Global Equity Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Xxxxx World Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash the Companion Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Large Company Growth Fund, Xxxxxx Research Fund, and Xxxxxx Small Cap Value+Growth Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Institutional Cash Income Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash State Street Investment Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash the Landmark U.S. Government Income Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] THE XXXXXXX FOCUS FUND AND THE XXXXXXX GROWTH & INCOME FUND with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more additional series of beneficial interest other than the Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder. The Custodian shall not unreasonably withhold approval of such new series.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Xxxxxxx Domestic All-Cap Equity Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Xxxxxxx Select Bond Fund] , with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with Legg Mason Market Neutrxx Xrxxx xith respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Total Return Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund______________________________] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [Government Securities Portolio and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] Money Market Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash the Government Income Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.
