ADDITIONAL FUNDS AND CLASSES. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares or one or more classes of Shares after the effectiveness of this Agreement, such series of Shares or classes of Shares, as the case may be, shall become Funds and classes under this Agreement with necessary changes made to Appendix IV; however, either GFS or the Trust may elect not to make any such series or classes subject to this Agreement.
ADDITIONAL FUNDS AND CLASSES. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares or one or more classes of Shares after the effectiveness of this Agreement, such series of Shares or classes of Shares, as the case may be, shall become Series and Classes under this Agreement upon approval of this Agreement by the Fund with respect to the series of Shares or class of Shares and the execution of an amended Appendix A reflecting the applicable names and terms. The Distributor may elect not to make any such series or classes subject to this Agreement.

This Agreement replaces and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements between the parties hereto for the services described below.

(a) In the event that the Client requests Foreside to provide services with respect to one or more additional funds and/or classes of the Client after the Effective Date, such funds and/or classes shall become Funds and/or Classes under this Agreement for all purposes hereof upon the execution of a joinder to this Agreement by the Client and Foreside.

To the extent any changes are made to Appendix III, the same shall be made by mutual consent of the parties.
