Additional Education Compensation. 1. Teachers with a Professional Endorsement or placement in the R3 rung who have earned twenty-four (24) or more credits after being awarded a baccalaureate degree will receive an additional salary amount as shown on the Career Ladder table above.

Additional Education Compensation. The Department believes that additional college level education is beneficial to the District.   • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
