Additional Duties of the Registrar. The Registrar shall maintain a Register for each Series of Registered Notes in Ireland in accordance with the Conditions and the Regulations. The Registrar shall at all reasonable times during office hours make the Register available to the Relevant Issuer (in the case of EFI Notes), the Guarantor, the Fiscal Agent and the Principal Paying Agent or any person authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies and the Registrar shall deliver to such persons all such lists of holders of Registered Notes, their addresses and holdings as they may request. In relation to each Series of Registered Notes that is held under the NSS, the Registrar agrees to perform the additional duties set out in Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
