ADDITIONAL DUTIES ALLOWANCE. An additional duties allowance will be paid to an employee who undertakes the following duties over and above those that are contained in their Position Description: - Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) – an allowance of 10% of the ordinary rate of pay per fortnight will be paid while the employee is fulfilling the duties - Xxxxxx Breast Clinic Imaging Coordinator (WBCIC) – an allowance of 5% of the ordinary rate of pay per fortnight will be paid while the employee is fulfilling the duties - Xxxxxx Breast Clinic Sonographer Training (WBCST) – an allowance of 5% of the ordinary rate of pay per fortnight will be paid while the employee is fulfilling the duties The performance of more than one listed duty will attract the higher allowance but the allowances are not cumulative. This allowance cannot be claimed in addition to the Higher Duties allowance in clause 5.5.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES ALLOWANCE. A worker who is not required to carry the full duties of another position, but is, in the temporary absence, of 5 or more days, required to undertake some additional functions whilst remaining in their substantive position shall be entitled to an Additional Duties Allowance of $3.90 per hour per day for the entire duration of the absence. The Additional Duty Allowance to be increased at the commencement of each financial year by the same wage rate percentage increases and for the same period as listed in clause 34 of this Agreement..

  • Higher Duties Allowance 10.3.1 A higher duties allowance shall be paid to an employee who, at the request of the employer is substantially performing the duties and carrying the responsibilities of a position or grade higher than the employee’s own.

  • Additional Duties (a) In addition to the duties of the Administrator set forth above, the Administrator shall (i) perform all duties and obligations applicable to or required of the Issuer as set forth in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof, (ii) perform such calculations and shall prepare or shall cause the preparation by other appropriate persons of, and shall execute on behalf of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee, all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions that it shall be the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Related Agreements or Section 5.04(a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Trust Agreement, and at the request of the Owner Trustee shall take all appropriate action that it is the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to take pursuant to the Related Agreement and perform such duties and obligations as required under the Asset Representations Review Agreement. In furtherance thereof, the Owner Trustee shall, on behalf of itself and of the Issuer, execute and deliver to the Administrator and to each successor Administrator appointed pursuant to the terms hereof, one or more powers of attorney substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, appointing the Administrator the attorney-in-fact of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer for the purpose of executing on behalf of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions. Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Collateral (including the Related Agreements) as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. Such responsibilities shall include providing to the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee the monthly servicing report in an appropriate electronic form.

  • Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees.

  • NON-TEACHING DUTIES A. The Committee and the Association agree that a teacher's primary responsibility is to teach. It must be remembered, however, that in addition to that primary purpose there are other responsibilities within the School that must be assumed by teachers. The Committee and the Association recognize that paraeducators, clerical employees are useful and necessary in order to implement teaching. The Committee, having made provisions for paraeducators, will continue to work toward the improvement of this situation.
