If full payment is not received on a timely basis, then any license preliminarily granted shall be deemed automatically revoked and shall be void as if never granted. Further, in the event that you breach any of these terms and conditions or any of CCC's Billing and Payment terms and conditions, the license is automatically revoked and shall be void as if never granted.   • REPORT ON CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENT A. CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT. Each calendar quarter, Supplier must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. Reports are due no later than 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Supplier must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Participating Entity Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Participating Entity Physical Street Address; • Participating Entity City; • Participating Entity State/Province; • Participating Entity Zip/Postal Code; • Participating Entity Contact Name; • Participating Entity Contact Email Address; • Participating Entity Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Supplier.

  • Funding Your Payment Selecting a preferred funding source You may select a preferred funding source when logged into your account. Subject to this user agreement, the preferred funding source will be used as the default funding source for payments you send from your account. You can set separate preferred funding sources for some billing agreement payments. Special Funding Arrangements Some payments can be funded by special funding arrangements linked to your PayPal account, such as merchant/transaction specific balance, gift vouchers or other promotional funding arrangements. The use and priority of these special funding arrangements are subject to further terms and conditions between you and us. Your account overview may show the notional amount available in your special funding arrangements to fund qualifying payments at any given time. This amount does not constitute electronic money, is not deemed part of your PayPal balance and is not redeemable in cash - it only represents the amount of electronic money which we offer to issue and credit to your account at the time of (and only to immediately fund) a qualifying payment, subject to (and only for the period outlined in) the further terms and conditions of use of that special funding arrangement. If your payment funded by a special funding arrangement is reversed at a later time for any reason, we will keep the amount that represents the portion of that payment that was funded by your special funding arrangement and (provided that the special funding arrangement has not already expired) reinstate the special funding arrangement. Funding payments you send from your account We will obtain electronic money for the payment you send from your account from the following sources in the following order to the extent they are available:

  • Withhold Payment In any case where a question of non- performance by Contractor arises, payment may be withheld in whole or in part at the discretion of the Commissioner. Should the amount withheld be finally paid, a cash discount originally offered may be taken as if no delay in payment had occurred.

  • Longevity Payment 11.4-1 Longevity Payments shall be made on the June 30 Payroll check.

  • Initial Payment Interconnection Customer shall elect (and provide its election to the Transmission Provider within five days of the commencement of negotiation of the GIA pursuant to Section 11.2 of the GIP) to make either 1) an initial payment equal to twenty (20) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date is less than or equal to five (5) years of the initial payment date); or 2) an initial payment equal to ten (10) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date exceeds the initial payment date by more than five (5) years); or 3) the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades in the form of security pursuant to Article 11.6. The initial payment shall be provided to Transmission Owner by Interconnection Customer pursuant to this Article 11.5 within the later of a) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the execution of the GIA by all Parties, or b) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of acceptance by FERC if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the payment is being protested by Interconnection Customer, or c) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the filing if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the initial payment is not being protested by Interconnection Customer. If the Interconnection Customer made its milestone payments in the form of cash and the Interconnection Customer elects a cash initial payment, then the Transmission Provider shall transfer those funds to the Transmission Owner on the Interconnection Customer’s behalf.
