Additional Clause. Unless the arti- cles covered by the agreement are in fact intended to be distributed to pri- vate persons or entities (e.g., sporting firearms for commercial resale, cryp- tographic devices and software for fi- nancial and business applications), the following clause must be included in all warehousing and distribution agree- ments: ‘‘Sales or other transfers of the licensed article shall be limited to gov- ernments of the countries in the dis- tribution territory and to private enti- ties seeking to procure the licensed ar- ticle pursuant to a contract with a gov- ernment within the distribution xxxxx- xxxx, unless the prior written approval of the U.S. Department of State is ob- tained.’’
Additional Clause. This Agreement is in effect as of January 2, 2020. This Agreement is in effect as of January 27, 2021.
Additional Clause. Conflicts between agreement clause here-above and the additional clause, if any, it is subject to the additional clause.
Additional Clause. Owner will hold Brokerage/Broker, Brokerage employees, subcontractors, or representatives harmless from all damages, suits and costs incurred in connection with the management of the Property. Brokerage/Broker will be held harmless from liability from injuries suffered by any person as result of the Owner’s negligence, to the extent allowed by New Mexico Law. Brokerage/Xxxxxx assumes no liability for damages, losses or acts of omission by Xxxxxx, Owner or previous Brokers. Brokerage/Xxxxxx assumes no liability for default by the Tenant. Brokerage/Broker will not be liable for violations of environmental or other regulations that may become known during the Term of this Agreement. If such violations are discovered, Brokerage/Broker will inform Owner immediately, and Owner will promptly cure them. Failure to do so in a timely manner will be considered a breach of this Agreement. It is expressly understood that any and all persons engaged to perform services or improvements to the Property are engaged by the Owner and the Owner is responsible for their compensation and or any injuries occurring as a result of those services. Brokerage/Broker will be held harmless in the event of injuries sustained while these services are being performed. If Property contains a well or liquid waste system, Brokerage/Broker is not responsible to maintenance of this system. All warranties and indemnifications provided in the Agreement shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
Additional Clause. 21. Liability Insurance will be provided for by the Client in case of equipment damage or injury during a performance.

Additional Clause. If any of the above-mentioned Clauses is inconsistent with the following Additional Clause(s), the latter to be taken as authentic.
Additional Clause. (Sign on Bonus) A one payment of $AMOUNT will be made to the Employee upon signing of this contract. This payment is contingent on completion of one year of service as outlined in signed contract. If this contract is terminated before completion of 12 months of service, the employee will refund this money to NAME OF MEDICAL GROUP.
Additional Clause. 21. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Does not connect to professional teams. Strictly Universities and Colleges. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Will only connect to schools and programs located in United States and/or Canada. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Will only record up to 5 games to use in Highlight tape. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Can only record games in the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Area. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Will use maximum 10 games to create Highlight tapes. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Will select best clips per our discretion, and use for highlight tapes. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - If no song is selected, we will choose the best song to fit tape. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Clients are allowed to request revisions at one occasion; any more after that will be subjected to a fee of 25$ FUTURESTAR SPORTS - Does not guarantee scholarships to Colleges and Universities. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Are not agents, we are strictly the liaisons between Colleges, clients and college coaches. FUTURESTAR SPORTS - Does not negotiate scholarship offers, signing terms or any conditions involving clients and schools FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Service is completed when the client is connected to a school of interest. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Will continue to service clients until client has signed and or committed to a school or program. FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Urges client to check nutrition plan, we are not responsible for food allergies, or illness deriving from food associated with nutrition plan. Use Nutrition plan at own discretion FUTURESTARS SPORTS - Are not responsible for injuries sustained while utilizing fitness plan. Use Fitness Plan at own discretion. Time Frame: Highlight Tape 5 games - one (1) week 10 games - two (2) weeks Contacting Schools: Will be on going until client has either signed and or committed to school or program.
Additional Clause. A letter from the Company is attached hereto setting out in particular the conditions of payment of a severance pay in case of termination of this Contract, Mrs. Gri’s obligations in terms of enticement of employees, protection of customers and non-compete. All the provisions set out in the said attached letter, form part of this Contract, within the conditions, limits and time periods provided therein.
