Additional Breaks. When working other than the regular shift, when the work situation permits, a paid fifteen (15) minute rest break shall be taken each additional two and one-half (2 1/2) hours worked. However, it is understood that at times the workload may not permit employees to take their breaks on this schedule. No rest breaks will be taken during the last half hour of work.

Additional Breaks. In accordance with the Canada Labour Code and Canada Labour Standards Regulations, the Employer will provide employees with unpaid breaks for nursing or expressing breast milk, or for medical reasons. On written request by the Employer, the Employee must provide a certificate issued by a health care practitioner setting out the length and frequency of breaks needed for medical reasons, as well as the dates of commencement and termination of the period in which such breaks are to be taken.
Additional Breaks. 5.4.5.1 An Employee who is using toxic substances as defined in Clause 4.6.4.10(b) immediately before lunch and before finishing time will be entitled to take ten (10) minutes washing time break which will count as Ordinary Hours.
