Common use of Additional Assistance Clause in Contracts

Additional Assistance. The Servicer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to take such further action, provide such information and enter into such other agreements not otherwise provided for hereunder as may be reasonably required by the Administrator or any Purchaser in order for any Purchaser to comply with any and all applicable requirements of Article 5 of the EU Securitisation Regulation or Article 5 of the UK Securitisation Regulation and any other due diligence provision of the EU Securitisation Regulation Rules or the UK Securitisation Regulation Rules in relation to the Transaction Documents and the transactions contemplated thereby.
