Common use of Additional and successor agents Clause in Contracts

Additional and successor agents. The Issuer may appoint a successor fiscal agent, registrar or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents and transfer agents (any such successor or additional agent shall be a reputable and experienced financial institution that complies with the eligibility requirements of the clearing systems) and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents and the Noteholders, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents, and the additional or successor fiscal agent, registrar, calculation agent, paying agent, transfer agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.
