ADDITIONAL AND AFTER-HOUR SERVICES. At Tenant's written request, Landlord shall furnish additional quantities of any of the services or utilities specified in Section 6.01, if Landlord can reasonably do so, on the terms set forth herein. For HVAC: (a) for service after Standard Operating Hours on Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a written request before 10:00 A.M. of such day, and (b) for service on a Sunday, National Holiday or beyond Standard Operating Hours on a Saturday, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a written request before 10:00 A.M. of the last business day before the requested service. For services or utilities requested by Tenant and furnished by Landlord, Tenant shall pay to Landlord as a charge therefor Landlord's prevailing rates charged from time to time for such services and utilities. For HVAC service beyond Standard Operating Hours, as of the date of this Lease, Landlord's prevailing rate is Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per hour, subject to a two (2) hour minimum per activation. If Tenant shall fail to make any such payment, Landlord may, upon notice to Tenant and in addition to Landlord's other remedies under this Lease, discontinue any or all of such additional services.
