Addition of Members. Each additional Member shall become a signatory hereto by signing the Governing Member Joinder Agreement and such other instruments as the Board may determine. By so signing, each additional Member, as the case may be, shall be deemed to have adopted and to have agreed to be bound by all of the provisions of this Agreement.
Addition of Members. A. Members may join the Association by signing and transmitting a copy of the Agreement to the SEAC office. Upon receipt of the signed Agreement the Association will sign and return a copy.
Addition of Members. Any local government in the state of Texas which has contracted for the use of the Bibliotheca cloudLibrary cloudLink service and agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement may join this Agreement as a Party upon approval by a majority of all of the members of the Coordinating Committee. If approval is given, the new participating entity shall join the Parties by adopting and executing this Agreement through an action of the Party’s governing body.
Addition of Members. Additional public entities within Xxxxxx County may be added by amendment to this Agreement approved by a majority of the Members hereof acting through their legislative bodies; provided, however, that any new Member shall have the power to provide public recreation services; and provided further that the number of directors shall not change unless also approved by a majority of the Members.
Addition of Members. Entities authorized by law to participate in a JPA may subsequently become Members upon the unanimous vote of all Members and the new Member’s execution of this Agreement, as it may be amended. An entity requesting to become a Member must provide certification of compliance with the membership requirements of this Agreement and the Bylaws. The entity requesting to become a Member may represent a group of other entities. Terms and conditions for a new Member’s participation in the Authority, if any, will be set forth in an amendment to this Agreement or in the Bylaws. Such terms and conditions must be consistent with this Agreement and any contracts, resolutions, or indentures of the Authority then in effect.
Addition of Members. A Public Agency may become a Member by taking appropriate action to authorize and approve the execution and delivery by such Member of this Agreement, signing a counterpart of this Agreement and furnishing CalTRUST with satisfactory evidence that such actions have been taken.
Addition of Members. Subject to Section 3.6 and Section 10.2 hereof, the Board of Managers, with the consent of a Majority in Interest of Members, shall have the right to amend this Agreement and cause the Company to issue additional Units and to admit additional Members upon the acquisition of such Units upon such terms and conditions, at such time or times, and for such Capital Contributions as shall be determined by the Board of Managers. In connection with Transfers permitted under this Agreement or the admission of an additional Member, the Board of Managers shall amend SCHEDULE I hereof to reflect the name and address of the additional Member. Prior to the admission of any Person as a Member, such Person shall execute a counterpart to this Agreement and the Members' Agreement and shall agree to be bound by the terms hereof and thereof.
Addition of Members. If a school district wishes to become a member of the District, it may petition the Board for membership. The petition shall be in the form of a resolution. Addition of a new member shall require an affirmative majority vote of all members of the Board and a majority vote of the petitioning district and as allowed per Minnesota Statute Section 136D.76, subdivision 2, as it may be amended from time to time. Addition of a new member shall be on terms determined by the Board. Once a school district becomes a member, it shall be considered a “Participating School District” for purposes of this Agreement.
Addition of Members. Publicly supported entities, including, but not limited to public libraries (both municipal and association libraries), counties, local units, boards of education, county colleges, and state colleges, other than the Members herein, may become Members of the Consortium, subject to this Agreement, on the following conditions:

Any metropolitan district organized pursuant to the Act may request to become a CAB District upon its organization, subject to: (a) obtaining the unanimous agreement of the CAB Board, (b) obtaining the unanimous consent of the requesting district’s board of directors, and (c) requesting district’s execution of this CABEA.
