Addendum Term. Without limiting any other term of this Agreement (including this Addendum), this Addendum shall continue in full force and effect for so long as Modernizing Medicine maintains any PHI.
Addendum Term. The term during which INSpire will provide the Addendum Services (as defined below) to Customer will commence on June 1, 1997 (the "Addendum Effective Date") and will expire on December 31, 2004 (as such date may be extended pursuant to this paragraph, the "Addendum Expiration Date") unless extended pursuant to the terms of this paragraph or terminated pursuant to the terms of the Agreement (the "Addendum Term"). Addendum Term.
