Addendum is Part of Agreement. This Addendum is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement as if fully set forth therein, and is subject to the terms of the Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing and for the avoidance of doubt, rights to and ownership of any inventions and other intellectual property developed or created as a result of the work performed hereunder shall be governed by the Intellectual Property Rights provisions of the Agreement.
