Added sections. 2) (vii) Until such a time after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on June 1, 2015, where MNGG has made full payment to Xxxxx of all outstanding principal and accrued interest pursuant to the terms found herein, MNGG shall be required to issue to Xxxxx, or a designee of Xxxxx'x choosing, 100 shares of stock for each 1 share of stock which it issues to any party other than Xxxxx, for any reason. Said condition shall apply to shares of common stock, preferred stock, and any other form of security which MNGG may issue.
