ADDED RENT. Tenants may be required to pay other charges to Owner under the terms of this agreement. They are to be called “added rent”, and shall be payable as rent. If Tenant fails to pay added rent on time, Owner shall have the same rights against Tenants as if it were a failure to pay rent.

ADDED RENT. Charges for late payment of rent, utilities, damages, bad check charges, legal fees (as defined in provision 4.1.I below), utility reimbursements due to Landlord, garbage, recycling fines or fees, repairs, and /or any other additional fees incurred by Tenant pursuant to any provision of this Lease due to Tenant negligence, misconduct, or otherwise, shall be deemed to be Additional Rent to be paid by Tenant to Landlord on the 1st day of the month following notice to Tenant(s) of such additional assessments or expenditures.
ADDED RENT. Supplementing Paragraph 3 of the Lease, Tenant shall pay ----------- throughout the Term as "Added Rent", 50% of any increase in (i) real estate taxes assessed against the Apartment by the City of New York, and (ii) the Common Charges payable to the Xxxxx Parc Condominium over those in effect on the date hereof. Payment of Added Rent shall be payable on the dates such taxes and charges be payable by Landlord. If requested by Tenant, Landlord shall furnish copies of tax bills and copies of bills for common charges to evidence such increases.
ADDED RENT. Late payment of rent, utilities or solid waste fee, bad check service charges, utility reimbursements owed to LANDLORD, garbage and recycling fees and fines and repairs/replacements made by LANDLORD due to TENANT negligence or misconduct shall be deemed to be additional rent to be paid by TENANT to LANDLORD on the 1st day of the month following notice to TENANT of such assessments or expenditures. If TENANT moves out before expiration of lease and LANDLORD or manager undertake to re-rent the apartment, it is the responsibility of the TENANT to pay a minimum of one half of one month's rent and any associated advertising costs for this service.

ADDED RENT. All monies owed under this shall be deemed “rent” (e.g. late fees, notice fees, maintenance fees, inspection fees, reimbursements, etc.) and will be due on the 1st day of the month and considered late on the 5th day of the month (See Fee Addendum). Owner/Manager may add to Tenant’s monthly installment payment for charges, including but not limited to, excessive use of utilities; insurance premium increases caused by the Tenant; cost of repairs when the Tenant fails to repair (See Fee Addendum).
ADDED RENT. The LESSEE undertakes to pay the LESSOR added rent equal to the amount of the charges considered to be additions to rent, such as insurance premiums for the premises, property taxes, costs related to the transaction (these will be amortized on a straight-line basis over 5 years), etc. This added rent shall be paid to the LESSOR eight business days before the said charges are to be paid by the LESSOR. This added rent, plus all related taxes, duties and other contributions, if any, including the lease premium, shall be withdrawn from the LESSEE’s bank account indicated above.

ADDED RENT. Together with each payment of Basic Rent, Subtenant shall pay for the term hereof, as additional rent hereunder, an amount equal to Subtenant’s Percentage of the Operating Expenses payable by Sublandlord under the Master Lease during the term of the Sublease (the “Added Rent”) at the time such payments are due under the Master Lease.
