Common use of Acts of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Acts of Tenant. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Lease to the contrary, if the Premises or the Complex are damaged or destroyed as a result of a casualty arising from the acts or omissions of Tenant, or any of Tenant's officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees, contractors, agents, invitees or representatives, (a) Tenant's obligation to pay Rent and to perform its other obligations under this Lease shall not be abated, reduced or altered in any manner, (b) Landlord shall not be obligated to repair or restore the Premises or the Complex and (c) subject to Section 17.2, Tenant shall be obligated, at Tenant's cost, to repair and restore the Premises or the Complex to the condition they were in just prior to the damage or destruction under the direction and supervision of, and to the satisfaction of, Landlord and any Landlord Mortgagee.

Acts of Tenant. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Lease to the contrary, if the Premises or the Complex are damaged or destroyed as a result of a casualty arising from the acts or omissions of Tenant, or any of Tenant's ’s officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees, contractors, agents, invitees or representatives, (a) Tenant's ’s obligation to pay Rent and to perform its other obligations under this Lease shall not be abated, reduced or altered in any manner, (b) Landlord shall not be obligated to repair or restore the Premises or the Complex Complex, and (c) subject to Section 17.2, Tenant shall be obligated, at Tenant's ’s cost, to repair and restore the Premises or the Complex to the condition they were in just prior to the damage or destruction under the direction and supervision of, and to the satisfaction of, Landlord and any Landlord Landlord’s Mortgagee.

Notwithstanding any provisions of this Lease to the contraryContrary, if the Premises or the Complex are damaged or destroyed as a result of a casualty arising from the acts or omissions of Tenant, or any of Tenant's officers, directors, shareholders, partnerspartner, employees, contractors, agents, invitees or representatives, ({a) Tenant's obligation to pay Rent and to perform its other obligations under this Lease shall stroll not be abated, reduced or altered Altered in any manner, (b) Landlord shall not be obligated to repair or restore the Premises or the Complex Complex, and (c) subject to Section 17.2, Tenant shall be obligated, at Tenant's cost, to repair and to restore the Premises or the Complex to the condition they were in just prior to the damage or destruction under the direction and supervision Supervision of, and to the satisfaction of, Landlord and any Landlord MortgageeLandlords Mortgage.
