ACTIVITY LIFE. The PERFORMING PARTY will own, and/or lease, and operate the grant funded equipment, vehicles, engines and/or technologies for the duration of NCTCOG approved Activity Life as identified in the SCOPE.

ACTIVITY LIFE. 2.1 The Performing Party will operate and maintain the Grant Vehicle(s) and any Refueling Equipment for a minimum of three years after the Proof of Purchase approval date under Article 5, below.
ACTIVITY LIFE. The duration of the Activity Life for Grant Activities performed under this Contract will be the earlier of 5 years or 400,000 miles of usage.   • Promotional Opportunities Each university shall promote upward mobility of employees by announcing opportunities as they occur. In all cases, it is the employee’s responsibility to make proper application for such positions. If an employee meets the minimum and special qualifications for a position, he/she will be considered.

  • Professional Development Fund A budget item equal to one-half (½) of one (1) percent of employees' salaries shall be set aside annually to be used to:

  • Professional Development Funds 23.1.1 Two Professional Development Funds, a Professional Development Support Fund and an Education Leave Fund, shall be established to support professional development activities as defined in 23.2. On April 1st of each year, the College will allocate an amount equal to no less than 0.9% of total faculty salary (exclusive of severance payments) to the Professional Development Support Fund, and an amount equal to no less than 0.6% of total faculty salary to the Educational Leave Fund.
