Activity Fund. The number of qualified* student profiles in the XXXX database on October 14, 2022 determines the amount of Activity Funds that MESA will distribute to each active school’s MESA program. The base minimum for each program is $150 with a minimum of 20 students registered in MESA’s database. For each student registered over the minimum students’ requirement, an additional Seven Dollars ($7) per student participating will be allocated to the program. *Qualified Students are defined as, students with a completed MESA A1/A2 (Student Registration-Parent Permission Form), and who are participating in the MESA program’s activities in the current school year.

Activity Fund. 1. NM MESA, Inc., will provide each MESA program with $500 for 120 + students, $350 for 80-119 students, $200 for 20-79 students, and $50 for 1-19 students participating in that program. Qualifying students are those that have submitted a Parent Permission Form (A-1), whose complete profile is entered in the NM MESA, Inc., database, and who are active participants in the school MESA program. The number of student profiles in the database on October 12, 2011 determines the amount of funds.

  • HUMANITY FUND 44.00 The Company agrees to deduct on a weekly basis the amount of $0.01 per hour from the wages of all Employees in the bargaining unit for all hours worked and, prior to the 15th day of the month following, to pay the amount so deducted to the “Humanity Fund” and to forward such payment to United Steel Workers of America National Office, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X0X0, and to advise in writing both the Humanity Fund at the aforementioned address and the local union that such payment has been made, the amount of such payment and the names of all Employees in the bargaining unit on whose behalf such payment has been made.   • HEALTH FUND 1. The Employer shall make contributions to a health trust fund, known as the “Building Service 32BJ Health Fund,” to cover employees covered by this Agreement who work more than two (2) days per week, with such health benefits as may be determined by the Trustees of the Fund. The Employer may, unless rejected by the Trustees, upon execution of a participation agreement in the form acceptable to the Trustees, cover such other of its employees as it may elect, provided such coverage is in compliance with law and the Trust Agreement. Employees who are on workers’ compensation or who are receiving statutory short term disability benefits, Building Service 32BJ long term disability benefits, or a Building Service 32BJ disability pension, shall be covered by the Health Fund without employer contributions until they may be covered by Medicare or thirty (30) months from the date of disability, whichever is earlier. In no event shall any employee who was previously covered for health benefits lose such coverage as a result of a change or elimination of the Health Fund provision extending coverage for disability. In the event the provision extending coverage for disability is discontinued for any reason, the Employer shall be obligated to make contributions for the duration of the period that would have otherwise been available.

  • Professional Development Fund A budget item equal to one-half (½) of one (1) percent of employees' salaries shall be set aside annually to be used to:

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.
