Common use of ACTIVITIES OF THE SUB-ADVISER Clause in Contracts

ACTIVITIES OF THE SUB-ADVISER. The services of the Sub-Adviser to the Fund are not to be deemed to be exclusive. It is understood that Trustees, directors, officers, partners and shareholders of the Fund or the Adviser are or may become interested in the Sub-Adviser as directors, officers, shareholders or otherwise and that shareholders, directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Adviser may become similarly interested in the Fund or the Adviser as a shareholder, Trustee, director, officer, partner, or otherwise.

ACTIVITIES OF THE SUB-ADVISER. The services of the Sub-Adviser to the Fund are not to be deemed to be exclusive, the Sub-Adviser being free to render investment advisory and/or other services to others. It is understood that the Trustees, directors, officers, partners officers and shareholders of the Trust, Fund or the Adviser are or may be or become interested in the Sub-Adviser Adviser, as directorsDirectors, officers, shareholders employees, or otherwise and that shareholders, directorsDirectors, officers and employees of the Sub-Adviser may become similarly interested in the Trust, Fund or Adviser and that the Sub-Adviser may be or become interested in the Fund as a shareholder, Trustee, director, officer, partner, shareholder or otherwise.

It is understood that Trustees, directors, officers, partners and shareholders of the Fund or the Adviser are or may become interested in the Sub-Adviser as directors, officers, shareholders or otherwise and that shareholders, directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Adviser may become similarly interested in the Fund or the Adviser as a shareholder, Trustee, director, officer, partner, or otherwise.
