ACTIVITIES LIST. It is understood that the Fund, its Custodian, and other persons, firms, corporations or other entities performing services for or on behalf of the Fund shall provide ADM and the Fund with such services, information, or other assistance as may be necessary or appropriate to permit the Transfer Agent to properly perform the services hereunder.
