Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. Each Party shall take all such action as is within its power to control and shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, to the extent not otherwise provided for herein, so as to ensure compliance with all conditions which are for the benefit of any other Party. The Parties will cooperate in exchanging such information and providing such assistance as may be reasonably required in connection with the foregoing.
