Common use of Actions on Termination Clause in Contracts

Actions on Termination. Upon termination of this Contract, Supplier shall: (a) take actions reasonably necessary to protect property in Supplier’s possession in which Buyer has an interest until disposal instruction from Buyer has been received; and (b) return Buyer’s Confidential Information to Buyer.
