Action to Protect the Government’s Interest. 1. The Seller shall execute or have executed and promptly deliver to the Government via the Buyer all instruments necessary to (i) establish or confirm the rights the Government has throughout the world in those Subject Inventions to which the Seller elects to retain title, andand (ii) convey title to the Government when requested under Paragraph D of this Article X, and to enable the Government to obtain patent protection throughout the world in that Subject Invention.

The Seller shall agrees to execute or to have executed and promptly deliver to the Government via the Buyer all instruments necessary to (i) establish or confirm the rights the Government has throughout the world in those Subject Inventions subject inventions to which the Seller elects to retain title, andand (ii) convey title to the Government when requested under paragraph C of this Article and to enable the Government to obtain patent protection throughout the world in that subject invention.
