Common use of Action by Agents Clause in Contracts

Action by Agents. All steps which must or may be taken by the Agents in connection with this Agreement, with the exception of the matters relating to termination contemplated by Section 12 hereof, may be taken by the Lead Manager on behalf of itself and the other Agents and the acceptance of this offer by the Corporation shall constitute the Corporation’s authority for accepting notification of any such steps from, and for delivering the definitive certificates constituting the Common Shares to or to the order of, the Lead Manager.

All steps which must or may be taken by the Agents in connection with this Agreement, with the exception of the matters relating to termination contemplated by Section 12 hereof, may be taken by the Lead Manager Managers on behalf of itself and the other Agents Agent and the acceptance of this offer by the Corporation shall constitute the Corporation’s 's authority for accepting notification of any such steps from, and for delivering the definitive certificates documents constituting the Common Shares to or to the order of, of the Lead ManagerManagers.
