Acting Principal. 4.15.1 When a permanent teacher relieves in the position of principal in the same school for a period of more than two weeks, payment for the period concerned shall be an allowance representing the difference between her/his salary and the minimum rate applicable to the principal’s position but shall not be less than the rate of salary in the teacher’s own permanent position.

Acting Principal. Each year the principal will designate a staff member to function as acting principal. Those interested in functioning in this capacity will make their intentions known prior to the beginning of each school year. The successful candidate will be appointed before school opens and receive an annual stipend of $600.

Acting Principal. Xxx Xxx Xxxxxxx School iPad Agreement In agreeing to purchase or supply an iPad for my child for educational purposes I am also agreeing to the following requirements: • The iPad rollout at Waikerie Lutheran Primary School has been implemented for educational purposes and therefore is the primary reason for the iPad ’ s use. • The iPad is to be brought to school each and everyday. • iPad use for school has priority over family use. • While at home the iPad can be utilised for personal reasons, however memory for personal use is to be kept to a maximum of half the total storage space. • If storage becomes an issue educational apps/storage becomes a priority. • A home agreement is to be created between myself ( the parent/s) and my child and a signed copy of this is to be forwarded to the class teacher before the iPad can be utilised at school. ( D ot points to consider are listed in the ICT Policy ) • A discussion will take place between myself ( t he parent/s ) and my child so that both have a clear understanding of the schools ICT policy, Cyber Safety Agreement, and Internet Use Agreement. • A signed copy of both the Cyber Safety Agreement and the Internet Use Agreement is to be returned to the class teacher each year before the iPad can be utilised at school. • The attached codes sheet is also to be completed and returned to the class teacher. This will be kept private and confidential by the teacher and only used if apps need to be turned on or settings adjusted in accordance with educational purposes. It will not be used to make any purchases. When setting up the iPad, for my child to use for educational purposes at WLPS, I agree to the following settings be applied as safety precautions and in line with the WLPS ICT Policy, Cyber Safety Agreement and Internet Use Agreement at WLPS. Acting Principal. When a principal will be out of the school District for one half day or longer and a teacher is requested to act in the principal’s behalf, a substitute teacher may be hired to cover that teacher’s class. The name of the teacher acting in the principal’s behalf shall be posted in the office.
