Common use of Acting Pay Clause in Contracts

Acting Pay. a) Where an employee is required, in writing, by the Employer to perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis for a period of ten (10) or more consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment to the higher classification level as if he/she had been appointed to that higher classification level for the period in which he/she acts.

Acting Pay. a) Where When an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer to substantially perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis for a period of ten at least three (103) or more consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment on which he/she commenced to the higher classification level act as if he/she had been appointed promoted to that higher classification level position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. (a) Where When an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer to substantially perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification level on an acting basis for a period the number of ten (10) or more consecutive working daysdays set forth in subclause 44.06(c), he/he or she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment on which he or she commenced to the higher classification level act as if he/he or she had been appointed to that higher classification level for the period in during which he/he or she acts.

Acting Pay. a) Where When an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer to substantially perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification on level in an acting basis capacity and performs those duties for a period of ten at least six (106) or more consecutive working days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment on which the employee commenced to the higher classification level act as if he/she the employee had been appointed to that higher classification level for the period in which he/she the employee acts.

Acting Pay. (a) Where When an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer to substantially perform the majority of the duties of a position having a higher position within maximum rate of pay than the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis one held by him for a period of ten at least one (101) or more consecutive complete working daysday, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment on which he commenced to the higher classification level act, as if he/she he had been appointed promoted to that higher classification level paid position for the period in which he/she he acts.

Acting Pay. (a) Where )* When an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer Corporation to substantially perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification level on an acting basis for a period of ten at least two (102) or more consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment on which she commenced to the higher classification level act as if he/she had been appointed to that higher classification level for the period in which he/she acts. The pay increment date for an employee in receipt of acting pay shall be the increment date of the employee’s substantive position.

Acting Pay. (a) Where If an employee is required, in writing, by the Employer to perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis employed for a period of ten at least three (103) or more consecutive working dayshours on duties which have a higher classification than the classification to which he has been appointed, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment to for the higher classification level as if he/she had been appointed to that higher classification level for from the beginning of the period in during which he/she actshe assumed the higher duties.

When an employee is required, appointed in writing, writing by the Employer to temporarily perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within classification in the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis for a period of ten (10) or more consecutive working daysBargaining Unit, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment to the higher classification level as if he/she had has been appointed to that higher classification level for that period from the period in which he/she actsfirst (1st) day.

(a) Where If an employee is required, in writing, by the Employer to perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis employed for a period of ten at least three (103) hours on duties that have a higher classification than the classification to which he or more consecutive working daysshe has been appointed, he/he or she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment to for the higher classification level as if he/she had been appointed to that higher classification level for from the beginning of the period in during which he/he or she actsassumed the higher duties.

Acting Pay. a) Where When an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer in writing to perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification level on an acting basis for a period of ten (10) or more consecutive working daysbasis, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he commenced to act, at a rate of appointment to the higher ten percent (10%) over his current classification level as if he/she had been appointed to that higher classification level for the period in which he/she actslevel.

Acting Pay. (a) Where When an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer to perform the majority of substantially the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis for a period of at least ten (10) or more consecutive working days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date of appointment on which the employee commenced to the higher classification level act as if he/she had been appointed promoted to that higher classification level position for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clauses 38.09 and 38.10.

Acting Pay. (a) Where an employee is required, in writing, required by the Employer to perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification level on an acting basis for a period of ten (10) or more consecutive working daysbasis, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date first (1st) consecutive working day on which he commenced to act. The employee will receive acting pay at a rate of appointment to fifteen percent (15%) over his regular rate up to, but not exceeding the higher classification maximum level as if he/she had been appointed to that higher classification level of pay approved for the period position in which he/she actshe is acting. Acting pay must be authorized by the Employer, in writing and in advance.
