Acting in a Higher. Rank A member of the Association acting in a rank higher than his confirmed rank will receive a salary adjustment of four percent (4%) above the current level received within their confirmed rank. For acting assignments of five (5) hours or less in duration, acting pay shall be paid for the actual numbers of hours assigned to the higher rank. Acting assignments longer than five (5) hours in duration shall be considered a full shift of acting time.

Acting in a Higher. Rank When any employee is temporarily assigned to carry out the responsibilities and duties of a position or rank higher than the employee’s current position or rank, the employee shall be paid at the rate of pay for the higher rank while so acting.
Acting in a Higher. Rank When a member of the Service, who is qualified to act in a higher rank in accordance with the Acting Ranks Section of the Police Promotion Plan, performs substantially all the duties of the position possessing said rank and carrying a higher rate of pay than that of the member’s confirmed rank, the member shall receive the minimum rate of pay of the higher rank, for all such time assigned to said higher rank. The Service acknowledges and agrees that all vacant full-time supervisory positions are to be filled on an acting basis. For the sake of clarity, all supervisory vacancies in full- time positions with the Service will be filled by either members confirmed in the rank or members acting in the rank. Constables who have reached the classification of Second (2nd) Class Constable and higher who are assigned as Field Training Officers shall receive a salary adjustment of five percent (5%) above the current level received within their confirmed rank for all time spent during said assignment.

  • Picket Lines The Employer agrees that, in the event of a legal picket line of another trade union being in existence at any of the Employer's stores within the Bargaining Unit, the Employer will in no way require or force members to report to work behind such a picket line.   • CONTACTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES 15.1 Each Party shall update its own contact information and escalation list and shall provide such information to the other Party for purposes of inquiries regarding the implementation of this Agreement. Each Party shall accept all inquiries from the other Party and provide a timely response. CenturyLink will provide and maintain its contact and escalation list on the CenturyLink Website, and any updates also will be provided on the Website. Information contained on the Website will include a single contact telephone number for CenturyLink’s CLEC Service Center (via an 800#) that CLEC may call for all ordering and status inquiries and other day-to-day inquiries at any time during the Business Day. In addition, the Website will provide CLEC with contact information for the personnel and/or organizations within CenturyLink capable of assisting CLEC with inquiries regarding the ordering, provisioning and billing of Interconnection, UNE and resale services. Included in this information will be the contact information for a person or persons to whom CLEC can escalate issues dealing with the implementation of the Agreement and/or for assistance in resolving disputes arising under the Agreement.

  • PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS 24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S. Contractor, if a natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that Contractor (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (ii) shall comply with the provisions of §§24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by §24-76.5-103, C.R.S. prior to the Effective Date of this Contract.
