ACT OF GOVERNMENT. If the leased Premises is acquired or condemned by eminent domain for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, whether in whole or in part, and such acquisition or condemnation renders the Premises uninhabitable then the Term of this Lease shall cease and termi- nate as of the date the governmental body obtains title in such proceedings, and all rents shall be paid to that date and the Tenant shall have no claims against the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent for any value of the unexpired Term of the Lease.

This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Progenity shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.
