Act of Canada. The award and decision of the arbitrator with respect to the Dispute shall be final and binding upon the parties. Unless otherwise required by law, the parties agree that, for the purposes of any arbitration arising hereunder, any appeal from a decision of the arbitrator or of any other matters arising out of such arbitration, shall be referred to the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
