Common use of ACT 2011 Clause in Contracts

ACT 2011. The Seller gives notice to the Buyer in accordance with Section 83 of the Neighbourhood Disputes (Dividing Fences and Trees) Xxx 0000 that the Land: (select whichever is applicable) is not affected by any application to, or an order made by, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) in relation to a tree on the Land or is affected by an application to, or an order made by, QCAT in relation to a tree on the Land, a copy of which has been given to the Buyer prior to the Buyer signing the contract.
