DISTURBANCES Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the agreed upon number people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
Sabotage Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.
Fall Protection Fall restraint or fall arrest protection required where a fall of more than 2.4 meters is possible. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Official Secrets Act and Finance Act The Supplier shall comply with the provisions of: the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989; and section 182 of the Finance Act 1989.
Virus Protection The Bank is not responsible for any electronic virus or viruses that you may encounter. We suggest that you routinely scan your PC using a virus protection product. An undetected virus may corrupt and destroy your programs, files, and your hardware.
Offences 46.1. The Contractor must not commit or attempt to commit any offence:
Job Protection 15.9.1 Subject to 15.10 below, an employee returning from parental leave is entitled to resume work in the same position or a similar position to the one they occupied at the time of commencing parental leave. A similar position means a position:
Vapor or Smoke Company will not create nor permit to be caused or created upon the Premises, the Common Use Areas, or elsewhere on the Airport, any obnoxious odor, smoke or noxious gases or vapors. The creation of exhaust fumes by the operation of internal-combustion engines or engines of other types, so long as such engines are maintained and are being operated in a proper manner, will not be a violation of this Agreement.
Entities that Boycott Israel Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.
Retraining Leave a. The University President, at her/his discretion, may grant a retraining leave to an employee for the purpose of acquiring new skills or enhancing existing skills for the benefit of the University.
