Across the Board Increases. 1. Effective the payroll week of April 10,1978, all part-time employees on the Employer's payroll shall receive an across-the-board increase of fifty cents (50*) per hour, except that, said increase shall be reduced by the amount of the increase previously granted on September 16,1977.

Across the Board Increases. 1.a. Effective retroactive to the first full pay period after April 1, 2016 employees who are not on current Steps 1 through 9 shall receive a two percent (2%) wage increase.
