ACQUISITION / RELOCATION. This Agreement is subject to providing a certification that it will comply with the acquisition and relocation requirements of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24, and 24 CFR Part 511.14, which govern the acquisition of real property for the project and provision of relocation assistance to persons displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, or demolition for the project.

ACQUISITION / RELOCATION. The Contractor agrees to comply with 24 CFR Section 570.606 relating to the acquisition of all real property utilizing grant funds and for displacement of persons, businesses, nonprofit organizations and farms occurring as a direct result of any acquisition of real property utilizing grant funds.

ACQUISITION / RELOCATION. The Grantee shall: • Comply with Ch. 32, Wis. Stats., and related administrative rules issued by the Wisconsin Department of Administration. • Comply with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Implementing Instructions related to 49 CFR Part 24. • Refer to the Acquisition and Relocation section of the Program Implementation Handbook for further requirements. • Develop and comply with the Residential Displacement and Relocation Plan certification pursuant to Section 104(d)(1) of the HCDA. • Provide certification of protection of individuals to engage in non-violent civil rights demonstration pursuant to Section 104(1) of the HCDA. • Provide all applicable certifications under Section 106(d)(7) of the HCDA.

  • Information Acquisition Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer shall each submit specific information regarding the electrical characteristics of their respective facilities to the other, and to NYISO, as described below and in accordance with Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Notice to Proceed - Land Acquisition The acquisition of the Land shall not occur until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed for land acquisition to the Recipient (the "Notice to Proceed"). Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director has received a Request to Proceed acceptable to the Director and is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and any requirements for land acquisition set forth in this Agreement, including without limitation the OPWC's approval of the proposed Deed Restrictions and Title Agent.   • ENCROACHMENT/ACQUISITION The Assignee/Bank has no notice or knowledge of any encroachment or that the Government or any other authority has any immediate intention of acquiring the whole or any part of the Property for roads or any other improvement schemes and if such encroachment shall be found to exist or if the Government or any local authority has any such intention, the same shall not annul the sale or shall any abatement or compensation be allowed in respect thereof.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • Land Acquisition Reimbursement for the costs associated with acquiring interest and/or rights to real property (including access rights through ingress/egress easements, leases, license agreements, or other site access agreements; and/or obtaining record title ownership of real property through purchase) must be supported by the following, as applicable: Copies of Property Appraisals, Environmental Site Assessments, Surveys and Legal Descriptions, Boundary Maps, Acreage Certification, Title Search Reports, Title Insurance, Closing Statements/Documents, Deeds, Leases, Easements, License Agreements, or other legal instrument documenting acquired property interest and/or rights. If land acquisition costs are used to meet match requirements, Xxxxxxx agrees that those funds shall not be used as match for any other Agreement supported by State or Federal funds.

  • Operational Control Directing the operation of the Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control to maintain these facilities in a reliable state, as defined by the Reliability Rules. The ISO shall approve operational decisions concerning these facilities, made by each Transmission Owner before the Transmission Owner implements those decisions. In accordance with ISO Procedures, the ISO shall direct each Transmission Owner to take certain actions to restore the system to the Normal State. Operational Control includes security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordination and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Control Areas, voltage reductions and Load Shedding, except that each Transmission Owner continues to physically operate and maintain its facilities.
