Common use of Acquired Shares Clause in Contracts

Acquired Shares. Any Subject Securities constituting Common Stock acquired by any holder of Shares pursuant to this Section 2 will be deemed for all purposes hereof and under the Stockholders Agreement to be Participation Shares hereunder of like kind with the Shares then held by the acquiring holder.
