Common use of Acquired Shares Clause in Contracts

Acquired Shares. Any shares of Ironman Common Stock or other voting securities of Ironman with respect to which beneficial ownership is acquired by the Stockholder, including, without limitation, by purchase, as a result of a stock dividend, stock split, recapitalization, combination, reclassification, exchange or change of such securities or upon exercise or conversion of any securities of Ironman, if any, after the execution hereof shall automatically become subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall become “Shares” for all purposes hereof.
