Common use of Acknowledgments by the Employee Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgments by the Employee. The Employee acknowledges that (a) the Employee will be afforded access to Confidential Information; (b) public disclosure of such Confidential Information would have an adverse effect on the Employer and its Affiliates and its business; and (c) the provisions of this Section 6 are reasonable and necessary to prevent the improper use or disclosure of Confidential Information.

The Employee acknowledges that (a) during the Employment Period and as a part of his employment, the Employee will be afforded access to Confidential InformationInformation (as defined in Section 7.2); (b) public disclosure of such Confidential Information would could have an adverse effect on the Employer and its Affiliates and its business; and (c) the provisions of this Section 6 7 are reasonable and necessary to prevent the improper use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
