Acknowledgment and Acceptance. Seller acknowledges the issuance of this Purchase Order to Seller constitutes an offer expressly limited to the terms contained herein, which expressly excludes any of Seller’s general terms and conditions of sale, invoice or any other document issued by Seller in connection with this Purchase Order. Seller's acceptance of this Purchase Order is expressly made conditional on assent to the terms hereof. Any addition, modification or deletion to or of these terms by Seller in Seller's acknowledgment form or otherwise communicated to Buyer shall be deemed a material alteration and is expressly objected to and rejected by Buyer. Acceptance of this Purchase Order shall take place upon Seller's delivery of goods to Buyer in accordance with this Purchase Order. Unless acceptance of this offer is made within twenty (20) days of issue, Buyer reserves the right to revoke this offer and/or reject any acceptance by Seller of the offer to purchase contained in this Purchase Order. Buyer reserves the right to revoke this offer at any time prior to acceptance.

An acknowledgment and acceptance that TrustFactory CA is entitled to revoke the certificate immediately if the Applicant were to violate the terms of the Subscriber Agreement or Terms of Use or if TrustFactory CA discovers that the Certificate is being used to enable criminal activities such as phishing attacks, fraud, or the distribution of malware The Subscriber acknowledges and accepts that TrustFactory CA or RA is entitled to revoke the Certificate immediately if the Subscriber violates the terms of the Subscriber Agreement or if TrustFactory CA discovers that the Certificate is being used to enable criminal activities such as phishing attacks, fraud, or the distribution of malware. The Subscriber acknowledges that any failure to comply with its obligations in terms of this section shall constitute a material breach of this Subscribers Agreement. The Subscriber further acknowledges the potential risk of a compromise of the Subscriber and/or another Subscriber’s private key, which may or may not be detected, and the potential risk of a stolen or compromised private key being used to forge the Subscriber or another Subscriber’s digital signature.
