ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CREDIT. Grantee shall include appropriate acknowledgement of credit to the State and to all cost-sharing partners for their support when promoting the Projects or using any data and/or information developed under this Grant Agreement. During construction of each project, Grantee shall install a sign at a prominent location, which shall include a statement that the project is financed under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, administered by State of California, Department of Water Resources. Grantee shall notify State that the sign has been erected by providing them with a site map with the sign location noted and a photograph of the sign.

Project Sponsor shall include appropriate acknowledgment of credit to DWR, BACWA and all other cost- sharing partners for their support when promoting Project, any associated State Grant-funded project or using any data and/or information developed under this Implementation Agreement. During construction and implementation of Project, Project Sponsor shall install a sign at a prominent location which shall include a statement that Project is financed under the California Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Fund of 2002, administered by State of California, Department of Water Resources. Project Sponsor shall notify BACWA as each sign has been erected by providing it with a site-map with the sign location noted and a photograph of each sign.

Grantee shall include signage, to the extent practicable, informing the public that the Project received funds through the CDFW Further, Grantee shall include appropriate acknowledgement of credit to the Local Government Oil Spill Contingency Plan Grant Program and its implementing agency, the CDFW, for Grantor’s financial support when using any data and/or information developed under this Agreement (e.g., in posters, reports, publications, presentations).

Funding Recipient shall include appropriate acknowledgement of credit to the State and to all cost-sharing partners for their support when promoting the Project or using any data and/or information developed under this Funding Agreement. During construction of the Project, Funding Recipient shall install a sign at a prominent location which shall include a statement that the Project is financed under the California Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Act of 2006 and the California Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Act of 2006, State-Federal Flood Control System Modification Program (Early Implementation Projects), administered by State of California, Department of Water Resources. Funding Recipient shall notify State that the sign has been erected by providing them with a site map with the sign location noted and a photograph of the sign.

COUNTY shall include appropriate acknowledgement of credit to the State and FCWCD when promoting the Project or using any data and/or information developed under this Funding Agreement. During construction of the Project, COUNTY shall install a sign at a prominent location which shall include a statement that the Project is financed under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, administered by State of California, Department of Water Resources.
