Acknowledgement as to condition. 12.1 You agree and acknowledge that You have examined the Equipment at delivery and unless you have informed Rent a Satellite Phone of any fault or damage with the Equipment verbally within 24 hours and in writing within 3 days of receiving the Equipment from Rent a Satellite Phone of any faults or damage, You acknowledge receipt of the Equipment in full working order and condition.
